Maintenance : GUARANTEEING OF THE PERFORMANCE OF OUR FACILITIES.

Under our contracts, Forafrance provides services 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. Our teams provide services running from technical assistance through to complete maintenance with a performance guarantee.

This maintenance policy aims to provide each facility with the form of preventative maintenance that it requires based on set human, economic and technical objectives.

Service levels

ForaFrance provides the maintenance of facilities through various operations:

  • Chemical and/or mechanical regeneration of drilling holes,
  • Cleaning of water storage tanks,
  • Regulatory control of antipollution check valves
  • Replacement and/or calibration of measurement and control instrumentation
  • Respect of manufacturer instructions for maintenance of materials in use.

Assistance in the operation of facilities with:

  • Preventative checks and analysis
  • Advice in operation
  • Optimisation of operational configurations
  • Training of employees
  • Telephone assistance

Operating and managing of facilities with/without result guarantee, renewal of materials and consumables, including:

  • On call assistance 24 hours/day 7 days/week
  • Preventative checks and analysis
  • Optimisation of operational configurations
  • The use of treatment products
  • The maintenance and replacement of materials
  • Regulatory monitoring

Measurable objectives will be defined with a goal of:
